Paprika Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 — 15oz can of diced or sliced potatoes, drained
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoky)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper, or to taste
Optional additions:
* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* Fresh chopped herbs (rosemary, dill, chives etc.)
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a small frying pan.
2. Add the spices to the butter and stir.
3. Drain the liquid from the canned potatoes and add the drained potatoes to the pan.
4. Stir with a wooden spoon to coat all the sides of the potatoes.
5. Cook on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Note: Adding the spices to the butter ensures that all the potatoes are evenly coated.
