Citrus Glazed Pork Chops
Recipe from Taste of Home | Serves: 8 (can be reduced to make a smaller batch)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white or apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
8 pork chops (about 7 ounces each)
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients. Pour 3/4 cup marinade into a large bowl. Add pork chops, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Cover the remaining marinade and refrigerate.
Drain pork, discarding marinade in a bowl.
Lightly grease a grill rack, grill pan or cast iron skilled.
Grill or sear pork chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat until a thermometer reads 145°F on each side. Brush generously with remaining unused marinade during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a side of vegetables. Enjoy!
