Citrus Glazed Pork Chops

Recipe from Taste of Home |  Serves: 8  (can be reduced to make a smaller batch)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup white or apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 8 pork chops (about 7 ounces each)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients. Pour 3/4 cup marinade into a large bowl. Add pork chops, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Cover the remaining marinade and refrigerate.

  2. Drain pork, discarding marinade in a bowl.

  3. Lightly grease a grill rack, grill pan or cast iron skilled.

  4. Grill or sear pork chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat until a thermometer reads 145°F on each side. Brush generously with remaining unused marinade during the last 3 minutes of cooking. 

  5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a side of vegetables. Enjoy!
